Did you know?
Mental health is often stigmatized and overlooked, and as women, we're taught to prioritize others over ourselves. But what if taking care of ourselves wasn't just an act of self-care, but a revolutionary act?
- Women are almost twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with anxiety disorders.
- Depression is more common among women than men, with one in every four women experiencing depression in their lifetime.
- Women in professional and managerial roles are more likely to report high levels of stress compared to women in other occupations.
- Women in senior leadership positions are more likely to experience burnout and feelings of being overwhelmed.

My mission is
to democratize mental health and destigmatize mental illness by disrupting the culture of shame and silence. I want to inspire and invite you to prioritize your own well-being, so that you can show up in the world as your best self.
Learn more about WendyBut I know it is not easy...
As women, we've been taught that we need to put others' needs before our own, that we shouldn't ask for what we need because it might make us look weak, that we should fill our time with overworking and people-pleasing until we burn out. It's a system that doesn't work for anyone, yet we're all caught in its grip.
I want to provide you with the tools and support to prioritize your own well-being, and create a new system where mental health is prioritized and celebrated. Together, we can break down the barriers that prevent women from taking care of themselves, and build a community that empowers and uplifts one another.
That's why I've spent years developing an easy to follow ABC Self Care Method to help you prioritize your self-care without compromising your other priorities.
The ABC Self-Care Method – Awareness, Belief, and Commitment – is the secret to making time for self-care and keeping these promises. But not in that order.

BELIEF
is the biggest challenge to prioritizing self-care. You need to believe that you are worthy of being taken care of and view yourself as a top priority.
Self-care is an act of self-love.
When you believe that you are worth it, everything shifts.

AWARENESS
If you’re thinking of all the reasons why you can’t do something, you’re in contracted awareness. You need to move into expanded awareness to find the solution. Replace problems with possibilities. Your thinking becomes creative. You take back your valuable assets and prioritize your self-care.

COMMITMENT
You need to make a commitment to yourself. When you make a promise to yourself and keep it, you build trust in yourself. You become more confident, more resilient, and more compassionate toward yourself and others. Your self-care practice becomes a part of your identity, and you become a revolutionary.
The ABC Method is just one of the things we empower you as part of the CAVE Club, the exclusive wellness community for professional women like you.

Meet Wendy Tamis Robbins
a mental health advocate and founder of a wellness platform. Wendy's passion for mental health stems from her own struggles with anxiety, OCD, and panic disorders that plagued her for nearly four decades. Despite experiencing depression, disordered eating and drinking, and agoraphobia, Wendy hid behind a mask of perfection, a veil of achievement, and armor so heavy she could barely bear the weight. Growing up in an environment with an untreated mentally ill parent only added to Wendy's anxiety.
As Wendy grew older, she adopted destructive perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overachieving to control her environment and hide her struggles. However, this only exacerbated her symptoms, leading to a breaking point while working as a young associate at a law firm. Still, she refused to seek help for fear of being perceived as unlovable or unhirable.
It wasn't until Wendy stopped running and started writing that she found her freedom. Chronicling her journey in her bestselling book, The Box: An Invitation to Freedom from Anxiety, Wendy discovered how to let go of the control anxiety had over her and turn it into her superpower. Today, she considers herself anxiety-free because anxiety no longer controls her.
In 2021, Wendy founded a wellness platform to help others find their path to freedom from anxiety. Her platform has worked with prestigious institutions such as Harvard Law School, international law firms and financial institutions, BBC Studios, Fox and NBC News, and contributed to countless magazines and podcasts. Wendy's personal story and professional success make her a powerful advocate for those struggling with mental health.
